We provide more than the core on-line learning functions typical of most learning management system. Instead, we provide a complete platform ready to go on-line for our institutional partners. Our approach removes any of the hidden costs typical of other learning management systems.

A Public Website

Most learning management systems (LMS) operate only the secure online classroom and pay little attention to the public website. Instead, our system is based on a fully-featured Content Management Systems (CMS) that make excellent creative public websites. It features are a superset of LMS applications and integrate all facets (public and private) into a unified whole.

E-Campaigns

You can quickly create e-newsletters, promotional message, and alerts, and broadcast to an unlimited number of mailing lists. Mail merge including duplicate addresses and opt-out requests are handled automatically.

Now you can add a "name tag" to your outbound e-mail page, and the TeleWorship CMS will address each recipient by their proper name based on their individual contact information.

Dynamic Catalog

Our system lists all available courses and events in a database drive Dynamic Catalog for public viewing. The public can browse the Dynamic Catalog, drill down into details of each listed course and select any course for registration. Our Dynamic Catalog is linked to our Registrar and Bursar functions to provide a seamless registration process and secure e-commerce.

Registrar and Bursar Functions

Our distance learning platform also provides the functions that allow our institutional content partners to use our system to generate revenue for courses that our users willing to pay fees to access. Courses can be listed in our Dynamic Catalog on a free basis or a fee-based. End users can select the course they wish, check out and complete any required payment. When finished, registrants are automatically enrolled in their selected courses and have immediate access to their Virtual Classrooms. All fees are charged and collected online via our secure e-commerce functions.

Social Network Interfaces

We have built-in Facebook, Twitter, and Sharing Buttons into every public page so site visitors can share our website pages with their friends. You no longer have to hassle with coding these interfaces yourself, or forgetting to add them to any new pages you create.

Photo Galleries

Upload your photos and create photo galleries. The Photo Gallery feature uses the popular "lightbox" format so that you can view photos in their original orientation and size. We also added the ability to drill down into multiple photo albums from a single Photo Gallery page.

Now you can create multiple lines of text for annotating your pictures.

Media Catalogs

You can create media catalogs where you can search, tag, and rotate new and featured videos, audio, or photos in a media roll format just like your very own YouTube.com without the unwanted ads.

You can even post video trailers and sell the full-length versions!

Ad Regions

You can add rotating ad regions into any of our web pages (public or community pages) to create animated home page banners, presentation slides within pages, or traditional rotating ad images and content anywhere on your site. Requires no Adobe Flash and works even on the iPhone!
