Special Interest Communities form a section of the larger Connected Community and are typically focused on a single topic. Special Interest Communities are sometimes referred to as "birds-of-a-feather" groups, groups of people sharing a common interest in the topic.
Over time, we will build many Special Interest Communities based on the wishes and demand of the general Connected Community.
Special Interest Communities are typically dedicated to a single topic. The general idea is that the people attracted to a Special Interest Community (birds of a feather) will benefit from the focus of the community on the single topic.
Special Interest Communities are typically open to all members of the Connected Community and typically free. People who want to join a Special Interest Community register like all of our other courses, communities and events to become members of any of the Special Interest Communities we offer.
